Darling Gian Carlos Di Martino I go with the purpose of congratulating it on his work as mayor of Maracaibo since to supported our clean and beautiful streets.
But something has forgotten important the insecurity that our municipality has due to the fact that the streets are replete with thieves who day after day try us to remove ourselves of our money.
I hope that please it he takes this in bill and him of a rapid solution as for example alertness or policemen place in the streets in order that they protect our safety especially in the night hours.
